     Ivan tea with ginger and lemon will warm you up on cold winter evenings. Ideal for colds, acute respiratory infections, influenza. By warming, tea dilates blood vessels and helps remove phlegm and infections. Lemon is one of the main sources of vitamin C. By adding honey to tea, you can prevent cough, runny nose and other symptoms of colds and viral infections when the upper respiratory tract is affected. It is also recommended to drink tea for prevention.
      Ginger is a powerful antioxidant and helps protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. These are molecules that attack normal cells trying to oxidize them. Antioxidants bind these radicals and even help prevent diseases such as arthritis and some types of cancer. Ginger reduces the risk of stroke, and is also beneficial for diabetics and helps reduce cholesterol level, which may prevent cardiovascular disease.      Ingredients: fermented Chamaenerion angustifolium, lemon peel, ginger.

       Method of preparation: pour one teaspoon of tea in a cup, pour boiling water over it and let it brew for 5 minutes. Add honey or jam for taste.

     Do not use if intolerant to any components, in late pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor in case of diseases of the nervous, cardiovascular and digestive systems, or tumors.
